  1. Gandhi wanted India to dismantle Indian Army after Independence in 1947, Which was passed on to us by the British. If we followed Gandhi's advise, Pakistan would have occupied all of North India in 1965 War and China funded Maoists would have occupied South India in 1980s. There would be no India. Irrespective of Religion or Region, All Indians would have to sit on Footpaths doing Bhajan just like Gandhi and waste the next 100 years trying to get Freedom again from Pakistani and Chinese rule using Failed methods like Satyagraha (Killing ourselves by Starving).
