Do you realize Nagaland gets its name from - "Naga", An Exotic Race of People first mentioned in Hindu Scripture called - "Mahabharata" which dates back to 3000 B.C.E and talks about History of Indina Subcontinent ? Indian Hindu Kings gave shelter to Syrian Christians who fled Roman Persecution in 100 A.D & Armenian Christians who fled Turkic Persectioin in 1800 A.D. In India, Christians arent some persecuted minority like Biased Wester n News Channels make it out to be. From Judges to Army Officers, From Bollywood Stars to Athletes, From Politicians to Journalists, Christians despite being only 1.5% make up a significant chunk of Society in India and are well represented. India even has 2 Christian equivalent of "Governors" rulig over entire India States. And they are voted to power not just by Christians but by Millions of Hindus !!! So you see India has not just tolerated but embraed all cultures. However, we will never allow anyone to divide our Nation on the basis of Culture, Race or Religion.
