  320. "Give them an Inch and they take a Mile" is rather an Under-statment for a Particular Community. I say this not to offend anyone but to expose the apparent "Increasingly unraelistic" demands by this Community wherever they live, Taking for granted the Law of the Land and thinking that they deserve "Special Treatment". India hs no reason to accomodate this Community after Partiiton in 1947, Which was particular based on "Religious Grounds". There is absolutely no reason for us Hindus to be Secular and sacrifice our claim on Bhaarat as a Hindu Nation, Just to accomodate Minorities and make them feel safe. This is akin to asking Westerners to stop calling their Nations - "Developed Nations" just to make the "Developing Nations" feel Good about themselves. Despite the Parititon of Bhaarat (Ancient Hindu Homeland) on Religious Grounds, We Hindus gave up our Histotical claims over Hindu Nation and chose to remain Secular. We could have demanded "Special Rights" for Hindus and "Complete Ban" of Foriegn Religions whose Teachings directly influenced Centuries of Persecutions and Massacres on our Hindu Ancestors, but we did not do this. We gave uo our Happiness so you can be happy and we can all be equal !!! But if certain Minoritise in our Nation are still not happy, What was the point of Secularism and Minority Appeasing Laws in the first place ? Is there a surprise why Hindu Nationalism is on the rise across India today ? We Hindus are not blind and stupid, We see what is happening to Hindus and other Minorities in Islamnic Naitoons around the woirld. We certainly dont want our future generations to suffer Gross mistreatment, Human Rights Abuse and Cultural and Demographical change in their own Homeland. This is the reason we Hindus demand India to be decalerd into a Hindu Nation. You can't save the cake called Paksitan and eat another cake called India too. We will never let that happen. If 2 Billion Muslims get to have 60 Islamic Nations across 3 Continents, How Is it even wrong for 1 Billion Hindus to ask for India to be made into a Hindu Nation to safeguard future of our Civilizaiton, Culture and Demographics ?

  526.  @sucessmanpower3169  We the Citizen of this Country have had enough of "Sub-Par Standard of Governance and Development" as seen since Independence under Socialist policies of Congress Party. We are Crying today because we want to catch the Bullet Train and see Indian develop like Japan and Korea, Not to remain Socialist or Communist under Congress and CPIM and become the next Venezuela, USSR or Cuba. Just look in the Mirror of Time - You will see how much we have changed as a Nation since 2014. Kashmir had gone out of control, Naxal problem, N.E Separatists, Terrorist Attacks on Major Cities, Corruption so rampart we had to pay Bribe while passing borders (Not to other countries but to different States), No Centralized Identification system, Zero Recognition globally. All this has changed under Current Government and this is no exaggeration, Did you even live in India during that time ? If not, You have no idea how bad Congress Govt was, Go ask your Dad or Grandpa, They will tell you. Modi might be an Idiot but his advisors or whoever is running the show are doing most of the things right and we must give the Current Government some credit. We would NEVER want those Horrible Dark days under Congress and Communists back again where India was Vulnerable to its Enemies (Both Inside and Outside). Vote for Modi for 2 ~ 3 Terms, By then new Political Parties would have formed, India would have emerged as First World Nation like Japan and Korea did in 1980 - 1990s. This is when I will join you and lets both protest holding Banners - "He Yo He Yo Narendra Modi has to go", "Women Rights", "Gay Rights". Till then, My request is - Please shut the hell up and lets focus on Building, Developing, Progressing India and vote for Political Stability, Otherwise our Enemy Nations (U.S, China, Pakistan) will take advantage of Political Instability and end up making a Syria or Iraq out of our country. This is our time to shine now - A Post Covid world where Manufacturing shifts to India from all around the world. We should enslave ourselves to the West (I mean in Manufacturing business sense) like China did in 1990 - 2010 to take best advantage of Economic Development.

  889. India is diverse because its Original Inhabitants accepted and welcomed Diversity. Haryana and Nagaland can be included in Bhaarat, If you have read "Mahabharat" - They were called "Kurukshetra" and "Naga Lok" in the Epic. Not just this, You will get to know the Hero Arjuna's Adventure in the North Eastern States where he meets Naga Princess Ulupi and has a Son with her. Thus, Nagaland was the Land of Naga Tribes mentioned in Mahabharat, Which eventually was still considered a part of Bhaarat in Ancient times. Every Naton is associated with Mythology if you think about it. Japanese are Proud of their Mythology where First Fishermen Couple - Iazanagi and Izanami created the Islands of Japan with a Spear, They named their first Child - Jomon. Jomon became Nippin which becamee Japan. Similarly, India gets its name from Bharata, The Son of Dushyanta, A Descendant of Hindu God King - Ram, Mentioned in Hindu Epics. It also goes on to clearly descibe the Geographic Boundaries of Bhaarat - The Land beginning from the Sindhu River in the West, Stretching out to Himalayas in the North, That extends till the Neela Samudra (Indian Ocean) in the South. With such clear definitions, It is hard to ignore the Ancient definitions of our Nation. The only reason we are even debating this Topic is because of Hindus being unfortunate victims of Foreign Invaders - Europooans and Muslims, otherwise this Entire Nation would have been called a Hindu Nation casually, Just like we say - Buddhist Nation of Sri Lanka or Chrisitian Nation of Spain or Islamic Nation of Qatar. I don;t see any Arabs debating Secularism and Definition of their Natons there. Why only Hindus are made ot carry the Burden of Secularism and Dis-associate with their Proud History, Kings, Mytho0lgoy and Religion ?

1248. Fun Facts : Turkey might have adopted Hinduism in Ancient times - 1000 B.C or earlier. Hence, the Trojan war that supposedly happene sometime before 1500 B.C might have been the first recorded conflict between Greeks and Hindus. The Reliigon of Trojans is very similar to Hinduism, If you read Homer's Narration of Trojans. -> Their King's name was "Priam" (Sounds a lot like Sanskrit - "Priyam", We know how Greeks distorted foreing Names) -> They had 13 day Rituals for their Dead (Same as Hindus who follow the Ritual called "Pinda Dhana") -> They favoured Horse Chairots and Archers over anything else (Same as Ancient Indians) -> They even worshipped Horses, hence the infamous "Trojan Horse" Story (Same as Rig Veda Hindus) -> They constructed Sun God Temples (Sun Temples found everywhere in India from Surya Martanda in Kashmir to Konark Sun Tmeple in Orissa) -> Trojans were known for their Finest Archers (Archery was the Greatest of Skill in Ancient India Turkey must look into their Past and recognize their Common History. You see many people will call this Comment Nationalistic or Exaggerated, Because they can't imagine how Ancient India could influence Turkey, But they don't realize Ancient India did not have Modern day Indian Borders creatd by the British. Ancient India's Borders once extended till Western Iran and Hindu Epic - Mahabharata mentions of Dead Sea in Middle East as "The Salty Sea", Where Hindu God - Krishna's relatives once setup a Campsite after their Wars, Before they were mutinied. Ancient Indian Influence is found even in Iran. In-fact Ancient Indian Figures were mostly born in modern day Iran. Famous HIndu Astrologers like Garga Muni was born in Iran and iran still has city called "Garga". Our Hindu Epics speak of our Heroes burning down a Forest called Khandava, Iran still has Forests named "Khandava" to this day. These are just isolatd examples, If one looks into it and researches the commonalities between India, Iran and Turkey, You will find more such things from History.

1387. In 1788, Tipu marched into Coorg (Southern Karnataka) and burnt down entire towns and villages. Mir Hussein Kirmani, Tipu’s courtier-cum-biographer describes how the raid resulted in the burning down of villages in Kushalapura (today’s Kushalnagar), Talakaveri, Madikeri, and other places. Additionally, Tipu in a letter to the Nawab of Kurnool, Runmust Khan describes how he took 40,000 Coorgis as prisoners and forcibly converted them to Islam and “incorporated them with our Ahmadi corps.” Already a thinly-populated country, Tipu’s brutal raid followed by large-scale prisoner-taking depopulated Coorg of its original inhabitants to a severe extent. To Islamise Coorg, he transported about 7,000 Muslim families belonging to the Shaikh and Sayyid sects to Coorg from elsewhere. The intensity of Tipu’s raid was so terrifying that hundreds of temple priests fled to Mangalore along with their families. Worship came to a permanent halt in several temples. Some temples were covered with leaves in order to conceal their presence. The Maletirike Bhagavati temple at Virajpet is a good example of this. Equally, the renowned Omkareshwara temple in Madikeri was about to meet the same fate — the then ruler at Madikeri panicked at the approach of Tipu, removed its tower and replaced it with a dome so that it looked like a mosque from afar. The temple continues to retain this appearance till date. In his raid of Napoklu near Madikeri, Tipu destroyed the temples in the surrounding villages of Betu and Kolakeri. Remnants of Tipu Sultan’s savage raid of Coorg survive even today — the forcibly converted Coorgis are today known as Kodava Mapilas (Coorg Muslims) whose last/family names are still Hindu — representative examples are surnames like Kuvalera, Italtanda, Mitaltanda, Kuppodanda, Kappanjeera, Kalera, Chekkera, Charmakaranda, Maniyanda, Balasojikaranda, and Mandeyanda. To the Kodavas, Tipu’s fanatical dance of death in their homeland remains a wound that will never heal.
