  1. A long time ago the Devas lived Peacefully but were harassed and faced violent wars and Terror from the Asuras their Evil cousins. The Devas tried to fight a war but they were no match against Savage and Brutal Nature of Asuras. This is why they decided to lend their Power to Durga. Goddess Durga rode on her Fierce Lion and Slaughtered the wicked Asura but still following the Laws of Dharma and showed mercy to few Asuras hoping they would come to their senses .. But even then the Asuras did not stop their crimes and evil deeds considering her Mercy for Weakness. So Durga gave rise to her Anger which manifested into Kali. Kali wss not Patient ans Tolerant like Durga she was an Asurini for the Asuras. They ran in terror while she exterminated the entire race of Asuras mercilessly breaking all rules of Dharma. The Foolish Asuras had the chance to negotiate for Peace with Durga but would end up being slaughtered by Kali.
