Hijab and Burqa only banned in Schools, Colleges and Workplaces only in India. Everywhere else like in Park, Theater, Restaurants, Roads, Hospitals, Banks, Mosques, ATMs, Houses, Metro, Parliament - Muslim women are allowed to wear whatever they want - Hijab, Burqa, Niqab etc.

Bindhi is just a Fashion accessory, Much like Tattoos today. But i agree with Mangalsutra. It could be argued to be a Symbol of Male Domination over Women, But the truth is only if seen in a narrow lens. In Hindu Scripture - Mahabharata, Bheesma (The Authority on Dharma) explains to King Yudhistira that there are different kinds of marriages, The one with Mangalsutra is only one kind of marriage among many. The other kinds include - A Marrige driven by Lust (Where Sex completes the Union), A Gandharva Marriage (Where Flower Garlands are exchanged), A Forced Marriage (Where Men kidnap women) or Swayamvara (A Marriage where Girl picks who she marries) or the Normal Marriage (With Mangalsutra tied to a Woman, Which served as a Binding Contract). So you see, Even back then they were having these discussions in our Ancient Culture. There is no Reason or Rule that Hindus should only follow the Marriage we follow today - With mangalsutra, All the other Marraiges are also valid. (Including Kidnapping the Bride). But of course be ready to face your Karma 😜
