  1. Uniform Civil Code makes it illegal to discirminate against one Community, It will treat every single Indian as equal by Law. What applies to Hindus also applies to Muslims. What applies to Muslims also applies to Christians.. so on. If People demand Minority Reservations, Under UCC, It will be provided equally to all Minorities in all Indian States, Irrespective of Religion or Caste. The Oppositon Parties who have thrived so far only on Minority & Caste Politics know the consequences of such a Law very well, its a Death Sentence for them. This is why they are scared and oppose it.
