Now, They can bypass American Dollar completely and trade directly in Indian Rupees. Before, If Nation like Egypt had to import something from India, They had to exchange Egyptian Currency with Dollar, Then exchagen Dollar for Rupee in varioius Payment methods, because Direct Payment methods did not exist. Now, Traders will save Conversion costs if they can directly pay in Rupees. This will no doubt benefit small traders in both Nations. Such a Policy's effects cant be seen immediately, give it 5 years and it will be noticeable.

Everytime a Nation tries to sideline the American currency, America has a habit of going to war with that Nation or removing its Leader and replacing the Govt with a Puippet Govt of their own.
