In 20 Years that America had stayed in Afghanistan, They never took any initiative to help Common Afghan people, They were just there to halt Development and prevent India or China from accessing Afghanistan as a Trade route to Middle East or Central Asia's Oil Resources. It was India that gave Afghanistan $3 Billion in Aid, Help build their Parliament, Help build their Roads, Help build their Dam, Help build Power Lines etc. It is India that comes to help of Afghans even today by providing them with Tons of Food, After the mess Pakistan & America have created.
