If it was me, I would spend 1 Crore if needed to dig a 30 Feet Deep Well, Fill it with 30 Feet Water and hide the 149 Crores under a Waterproof Solid Metal Room below the Well, Holding all the Money. It would be accessible only after all the Water is pumped out for many Hours with a Hidden Pump in a nearby Cow Shed.
