  2. Govt should welcome all Hindus, Sikhs and Christians of Paksitan and Bangladesh and re-settle them in Kashmir, Kerala and Bengal to even out the skewed Demographics. We are a Nation of 1.4 Billion. A Few million more won't be a burden, We should readily accept all Minorities from Bangladesh and Pakistan in Millions. They have same rights as other Indians, They were just kept outside India after Partition.
