  1. @Keane Joseph James Ever heard of Vatican City ? It is ruled by a Religious Head. Britain allocated 20 Seats in Parliament to "Bishops". France spends Tax Payer money to repair Churches. Germany spends Tax Payer money to re-construct 15th Century Gothic Cathedral. Ireland to this day has banned Abortions because of Christian Belief. Poland recently put out a Blasphemy Law, Anyone who insults Jesus will be imprisoned. All this is called Secular in the West. But when India has a Hindu Religious Head and builds Ram Temple, That is called "Communal".
