@ryushogun9890 Here is an Article that has Pictures of Top 15 Popular Rock Forts in India :
https://www.heritagedaily.com/2017/05/15-historic-forts-from-india/114819
As you can see, Its obvious that almost half of them are in Decrepit condition because Medieval India (India after 300 A.D) has had many Invaders over time - The Huns, The Arabs, The Turks, The British etc. So we Indians tend to re-discover our own History today. Whatever we know of Ancient India (Before 300 A.D) is preserved in our Poems, Epics, Religions, Culture, Myths and Folklore.
Ancient India was a completely different place compared to Medieval India which came under Invasions of Foreigners ever since 300 A.D (Sacking of Rome in the West), A Catastrophic event which led to rise of Barbarians around the world like Huns, Arabs and Mongols who invaded Persia, India and China, The 3 Known Major Civilizations of that Era.
None of the Ancient Indian Architecture (Before 300 A.D) have survived, Unlike Egyptians who have Pyramids or Celts who have Stonehenge or Chinese who have the Great Wall.
