If not for Pappu's Great Grandpa - Pappu Max Pro+ aka Jawaharlal Nehru, India would have had our Permanent U.N Membership seat as early as 1950s, When we were offered one by Britain and America and supported by all Member Nations at a time when China was in Chaos under Mao (People starving themselves and killing each other during the Cultural Revolution). Well, Past is past but this time, We should make sure to grab the Opportunity at all costs, Otherwise the Future Generations will never forgive Modi Govt and BJP. Thsi is not a Great Achievement, it is something we needed to have done long ago, Just like CAA, Removal of Article 370 and Uniform Civil Code.
