  3. We can never trust a Liberandu, So I looked it up on Google : The First Airport in India : India's First Civil Aviation airport, now known as the "Juhu aerodrome". Juhu Airport (Juhu Aerodrome) is a general aviation facility located approximately 3 kilometres northwest of Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The airport is operated by the Airports Authority of India. When it First opened its gates in 1928 (Built by the British), it was known as the Vile Parle Flying Club. The first Civil flight that took off from this Airport was fittingly piloted by J R D Tata, the father of Indian civil aviation. Where does Nehru come in this ? I don't understand.
