  1. China has sent this man to convince India to avoid QUAD. Russia is insignificant these days, Russian economy only 40% of India's Economy and even Indian Military rivals Russian Military. India must be stupid not to Ally with America, Considering Indians have much more in Common with Americans than Communist Russia. QUAD will be formed to counter China and China will be brought to its knees one day, Just like Nazi Germany during WW II. India will become Prosperous with U.S as Ally, Just like Japan, South Korea and Australia, All are allies of America and have greatly benefitted from American Technological and Military sharing. Meanwhile, You can't name a single nation that benefitted from Russia, Afghanistan ? North Korea ? Cuba ? These are Failed examples !!!
