It had nothing to do with him, But just a Courtesy of Acknowledgement and Apology. Will Biden do the same and kneel down and Apologize to the Japanese People for American War crimes in Hiroshima and Nagasaki ? Of course not, America has no Decency or Ethics. They are only good at lecturig others about Human Rights.
