  1. The most shocking Fact is that Kharge is not a Common man, But a Veteran Lawyer. He should have known about Article 370, How can he call it Article 371 ? This really questions his Credentials and Capabilities as both an Experienced Lawyer and the President of a Poltiical Party. This is no doubt major embarassing for Congress.

Here are Article 370 and 371 defined in Legal Terms : Article 370 - A 'Temporary Provision' inserted on 1949 which gave special powers to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, lawfully authorising it to have its own constitution. Article 371 - A Provision with respect to the States of Maharashtra (Vidarbha and Marathwada) and Gujarat (Saurashtra and Kutch). Kharge calls himself a Professional Lawyer. It is a major embarassment how a Lawyer of his Stature, who studied Indian Law and claims to have practiced as a "Legal Advisor" for many decades, doesn't know difference between Article 370 and 371.
