  1. True Discrimination means Govt implementing Policies exclusively that benefit One Community ONLY. Example : Congress Party, TMC and CPM who appease Minorities in their States like the recent 5000 Crore Haj Trip scheme introduced by Congress Party in Karnataka or the Wretched Caste Based Reservation Quota system that continues to push away best minds to Foreign Nations, Those are the Truly Discriminatory Policies that need to be criticized.
