  1. Why is Cental Govt responsible for blunders of Stalin and his Corrupt DMK Regime ? He should have planned enough facilities in Chennai. DMK should have installed Water Drains, Done City Survey, Found modern solutions by controlling Floods. What are they doing out of Crores of Taxpayer money ? If they managed properly, There is no need to request money from Cental Govt. TN Govt already gets Crores from looting Hindu Temple money. Maybe instead of pocketing it, Stalin should spend atleast 10% of that money in developing Chennai and should have done something to counter Floods problem. Look at Norway, Netherlands and Denmark, they have made Flood Proof Constructions and protectte their Coastline Cities which "Below Sea Level", And in much worse condition than Chennai.
