No Longer will Children study that Rakesh Sharma was first Indian in space, When he was just a Piggyback Crew member on Soviet Space Shuttle, Nothing to do with India. The Real Indians in Space shall be these 4 Young men who will soon see the Success of Gaganyaan Mission - First Indegenous Indian manned mission to Space by an Indian Space Shuttle, Carrying Indian Astronaut Crew, Developed 100% by India.

It was the Great Indian Visionary and Physicist - Vikram Sarabhai who wrote Dozens of Recommendation Letters for over a decade requesting Nehru to support a Space Programme, After which ISRO was established.
