The Indian Constitution is not a God-Given Commandment - that cannot be changed . What is a Nation ? An Identity formed by a Collective Group of People. This is a Hinduy Nation, Because we Hindus who are the Majority, came together, drove out former Invaders and Colonizers and decided to create a Nation in 1947.
But since Hinduism is Liberal and Open Minded in nature, we decided to be all inclusive and make Laws that treat everyone equally. Now, If the same minorities (Not all but some) are abusing these Laws for their benefit, It is time to amend them and make sure all are equal again ! Ultimately, Power lies in the hands of us Hindus, The majority. I'm not saying this out of Arrogance but out of a sense of Responsibility.
So go ahead, Reform the Constitution, Make it more Fairer, Equal and Liberal, So it can shine brightly and show the world that Hinduism respects everyone regardless of their identity ! However, We should have "In-built mechanisms" in the Constitution that prevent changing the nature of our Constitution.
