  1. Muslims never asked for WAQF, It is the Brainchild of Congress Party. In order to appease Muslim leaders and keep their Vote bank intact, WAQF Bill which had basic provisions after Independence was amended and empowered by Congress Party in 1990s. They even wanted to bring a Bill which would hold Majority Hindus responsible in ANY Riots. Thank God, That Bill wasn't approved. So don't blame Muslims, Blame the right people - Congress Party is responsible for WAQF Board in its current state !!! Ask questions to Congress Leaders, Not these Maulanas, What will they tell ? They don't even know the Law.
