  1. 60 Year old Building built during 1960s.. What else do you expect ? There needs to be a Rule that no Building must be allowed to be standing if its older than 50 Years, God knows how many Multi-storied Apartment Buildings are like this in Bangalore, I myself know a couple dozen atleast.

  2. This has nothing to do with Construction, It was built in 1960 bro.. Its 60 years. Some 3 more decades and it will be 100 years !!! Imagine how many Storms, Hurricanes, Earthquakes this has withstood..
