  2. The solution to end these problems is simple - Allow People to form a Commitee that gives it the right to examine and hold people accountable, Even Police Officers, Judges and Politicians. This Commitee formed exclusively by Citizens, must serve the same purpose as CBI, But funded and manned by Common People with qualified credentials.

  3. Absolute Power corrupts Absolutely. These Judges, Police officers, Governors and Politicians enjoy such Privelages only because they know there is no other system to counter them, other than the Judiciary. We need an alternative People's Commitee that investigates and hold People at Positions of Power respnosible, Independant from Judiciary. This second arm of Justice should be establish and should comprise of Common people with qualified credentials. We should call it - "Jan Sangh" (People's Association) and it should hold power to directly report to President of India.
