  2. I'm a Local from Karnataka, I'm against this Bill. I took Kannada as First lanaguae at school, Today because we rarely use Kannada in our daily life, I can barely read or write, I can only speak. Accordfign to this system, Me being a Local will fail to get a Job because they will judge my Kannada skills. How absurd is that ? What use is Kannada even with respect to our everyday life ?   3. India needs a Protest like in Bangaldesh against ALL Quotas and Reservations. No one deserves Special Treatment. All Indians are guranteed EQUAL Rights under the Indian Constitution framed by Dr Ambedkar, Who only wanted Reserations for 20 years. The Indian Politicians wantd toi contiue appeasement and extend them for 80 yeard and yet, Dalits are still the Poorest community, Shows the Reservation and QUotas are not working and are actualyl misused. PS : I believe the solution to Poverty among Backeward Communities is Student Loans. Govt should give Poor Student Loans which can be paid back after many years with Interst. This means they come up in life using their own HARDWORK and MERIT, While Govt only supprots them by giving Loans of seveeral Lakhs. This also ensures only Qualified people get Jobs.
