  1. Are you saying States need Centre's permission to create Factories and Infarstructure ? They earn plenty of Hindu Temple Tax money and Taxpayer money from Petrol already. Don;t blame Modi coz Kejriwal, Mamata , DMK and Congress are busy Looting the Public and being involved in Scams and haven't developed their Ruling States and are jealous of BJP States like U.P, M.P, Gujarat and Assam which are getting State-of-the-Art Infrastructure and Investment.
