Hmmmm, many of the jailed stated they went to the Capitol, attacked cops and rioted because "Donald Trump told me to" . The words of his supporters, not mine, not some made up story. Now we learn there was much pre-planning by Trump and other right-wing figures. Even Sean Hannity knew of the plot days in advance and was against it. Several others were against it, but Trump and a few cronies went ahead anyways. BTW, I hope they do run Trump in '24. His unpopularity will ensure huge republican losses. Hell, he lost by 7,000,000 votes before his insurrection. Right now he'd lose by 12 million and that's against a crap president like Biden.
