And don't tell me they don't believe it, because I have witnessed the inception of Fox and the growth of the control of their political narrative and the effect of that on MY country. And I despise this. Especially coming from an outsider like Murdoch, whose main priority is greed.

  8.  @Kill-The-Architect187  I know that both sides are full of it. But I do see one side sometimes attempts to budge us forward while the other is always trying to knock us back. And the partisan trenches have become untenable. And this has increased greatly with the advent of cable "news" corporations. I grew up with Uncle Walter and Huntley/Brinkley. Just the news, and rarely opinions. I remember being shocked to hear Cronkite give (the correct) opinion that "Vietnam is now lost". It is because I can remember a difference that I am so frustrated.
