Uh-oh. Mullin just let the cat out of the bag. Immigration hasn't been fixed by anyone since 1985. I think he recently figured out that he was elected to legislate. He could have been working on this since he first went to DC in 2013.

@Tony-r7v It was only two years. But the reason I point to those particular years is that the squealing about the border only happens at certain times. Perhaps there's a correlation of squeals to who is president that you notice? It's one of the reasons I said a wall wasn't an answer. At one time recently, more illegal immigration was happening by airplane than border crossing. The folks who took down the towers didn't cross the Southern border.

I guess tax cuts for the billionaires and corporations was more important when Republicans held the House, Senate and Presidency in 2017-18.

@Tony-r7v What happened with the gang of 8 plan? They had the majority of the Senate behind them. Why wouldn't the House work with them?
