  2. There is criteria by which presidents are ranked. It is not a biased system, but rather the metrics involved apply to each president's term equally. In ranking Trump placed 46th out of 46.

  6. ​ @donrainesoh  Actually it was a conservative SCOTUS who set the rules. Money= 1st amendment, remember? And corporations are people too??? PACs are fine, except they cannot "coordinate" with a campaign? Except every PAC actually does coordinate with the campaigns???
