  8.  @PurpleChurch  Hmm, it seems that if there is an enforceable dress code it would apply to whomever is employed there. Sounds like an HR issue, or if the business is small it is an owner issue. I run a wood shop. No one would come to work in spandex shorts twice...splinters will get you.

  9.  @PurpleChurch  I get it, but I also wouldn't care much if the crew all came to work in evening dresses...as long as they do the work I pay them to do. I do remember being the "longhair" in a shop in the early 70s. They thought I wouldn't work out, but here I am now running things. 🤷‍♂️
