The term limits happen every two years for the House, every four years for the president and every six years for the Senate. Vote accordingly.

@Ratz Patootie Yeah, if folks are looking to have other types of laws about term limits, good luck with that thought. Who would need to rewrite the term limit laws?....those who benefit from the status quo. But we can vote them out.

@groverearp2600 Read my response to Ryan. This idea circulates from time to time. It is most definitely not a new idea. 25ish years ago I joined a group dedicated to get this done at the federal level. Brick walls. We then had the idea to begin at the state level and hope for momentum.....Brick walls. Like I said to Ryan, if you can figure out something we didn't, well go to it. Otherwise this whole comment section is just screaming into the void.

@MrConversationMan I have learned that Fox is the worst. They will soon lose two lawsuits for a total of $3.5 billion for lying to their viewers. I hope that after they lose the trials that those were imprisoned and lost everything because of J6 will sue Fox into the stone age. I'm here to watch it crumble.

@pumpkinheadghoul Well Ryan, I suggest you jump on that high horse of yours and get the petitions started. If you hadn't realized, your genius ideas would need to be passed by those who benefit most by NOT doing what you suggest. The only other way is to get an amendment passed. Good luck on that. While the term limits idea makes for wonderful moist dreams, implementing that dream runs into quite the constitutional brick wall. I actually think it is a good thought, one I had and investigated many years ago. If you think you can "get 'er done" well have at it. Good luck to you.
