Quite the pious character. 8 months later it was found that he gave his pool boy millions to keep quiet their secret of sexual fantasy. The University his father developed is known for their very strict moral codes which his son objectively demolished in his own personal life. Hypocrisy, in other words, like 95% of the Republican party practices. This is all public information, if you care to read up on it.

The prosecutor in the case presented the evidence that the government has against Mr. Luft to a grand jury of his peers, in front of a district judge. All evidence is weighed by this grand jury for a decision on whether to indict Mr. Luft and must pass the muster of validity by the presiding judge. The grand jury in the case decided there was reason to indict, at which point the prosecutor procured an arrest warrant last November. Once the warrant was issued, authorities, in this case Interpol was notified and Mr. Luft was arrested, arraigned and bailed out in February of this year. It was at this point he absconded. You know, the usual.
