  11.  @joelblair8339  I do think this will change American society and create other huge issues. I don't know how the confirmation process could change, but I do think he's right on the first two. If it holds that the Roe v Wade is changed, it will return things to the way jt was before Roe v Wade. It will be a short time before this ends back at SCOTUS. The thing I worry about are other implications to the ruling. If we have no inferred right to privacy what kind of other monkeyshines will happen? I can imagine a lot. Perhaps not, but this will leave the door open...
