  4. As they did in 2011, the Republicans will drag their feet to hurt the president even at the expense of their own voters. They are actively doing it now. Troy Nehls said he wouldn't fund border security because it would help Biden's poll numbers. They want power for power's sake. And to enrich their donor class further.
