Hmm, neither will stacking a court until you have the numbers to overturn settled law and returning control of decisions to state legislators who you know will constrict rights like you want them to. That won't persuade anyone either.

@Kill-The-Architect187 And I obviously wasn't. I do think the Dobbs decision should be front and center in 2024. It will help Americans understand the weight of their voting choices. In the very few places where the choice of constricting rights has made it to the ballot, the constriction has been overwhelmingly rejected. Yes indeed, let's make this a central issue.
