Congresswoman: "Well this was a tragedy...but I have been telling everyone who will listen about Joe Biden and his wide open border ever since before he was elected" Yeah, if only she was part of a deliberative body charged with writing laws and funding their implementation. Darn, maybe next time.

  2. Ever get the feeling that US border security is more valuable to the GOP as a political football than it would be to fix it? The congresswoman is part of the party which controls writing laws and increased funding which can force better security no matter who is in charge? Why wouldn't they solve the problem if it's so bad? Because they have no interest in actually solving any problems, they just want a hammer for their opponents.
