Jon Turley, the man who would fail the blind taste test every time. He needs to know the brand in order to craft his response. Jon: "Tell me which it is, Coke or Pepsi! Cuz I love Coke and hate Pepsi!" Researcher: "Just tell us if you like brand A" Jon: "Just tell me if it's Coke!"

@liberalsrmentallyflawed3611 This was word association. I didn't say Trump, you did. Nice to know that when I say insurrection you say Trump. Hmmm.... 🤔

@Time4Project2025 Remember kids: Just say no 🚫 to insurrection.

@Time4Project2025 See, when I say insurrection you too think Trump. Thank you for acknowledging that fact.

@angelapagano5235 Angelo, how was your coming-out party? Get a lot of gifts? Oh, guuurrrrrl. You let that flag fly high! I don't judge.

@65cj55 Ah, and calling bs is attacking in your book? No wonder some politicians find you guys such an easy mark. Here, it seems, you truly can fool all of the people all of the time.

@65cj55 Please give me Turley's exact Constitutionally based argument why Maine can't bar Trump. Do you know why you can't? He didn't present one. He said "a lot of people don't think that J6 was an insurrection". Is this how law is applied? By people's pfeels? What if 40% of the country felt that bank robbery is ok? Shall we not prosecute bank robbers then? What my original post refers to, if you cannot comprehend, is what you personally would think if it had been Joe Biden who did the things Trump did. How would that change your mind? Brand A or Brand B?

@65cj55 I've been calling bs on Turley since he starting saying different things about identical cases. He does this based on who's paying him. That, my good friend, is the textbook definition of a hypocrite.

@65cj55 I didn't need to past what I posted. Anyone who can think critically and do a modicum of research on Turley will understand what I meant. And for those who can't, there's no sense in me trying to teach a class here. I will never overcome cognitive bias with a few short posts on the Fox channel. If you feel up to the task yourself, please feel free to research Mr. Turley's writings and decide for yourself. I stand by my primary post.

@65cj55 My point is that he is not neutral. As a witness he most often bends to the will of those who brung him...within reason. He also knows he has to keep up the veneer of competence and reliability. There are very good reasons why he has never been seriously considered for a nice cushy judgeship somewhere. It's a shame really, he's such a learned man. A talent wasted of his own accord. Once labeled as a paid mouthpiece it is difficult to shrug the label. I see him as resigned to it at this point.
