  7. Why do Republicans everywhere try to limit the numbers of voters? Could it have to do with the fact that Republican candidates have won one popular vote for president in 30 years? The sheer numbers of people who vote for Democrat presidents dwarf the GOP numbers. A mandate comes from the will of the people, not from the minority few.
