@ИванБездомный-ч5ж USSR is dead, man. Get over it. Worry more about why the largest nation on earth is so relatively poor. Leave Ukraine to the Ukrainians. It seems they're just not that into you... Why is it that very few want to migrate to Russia? It's not the land, it's beautiful there. It's not the people, Russian people are good people. It's your government, it's the corruption. Even with as messed up as America is, everyone still wants to come here...

@ИванБездомный-ч5ж Here's what I do know: Ukraine is a country separate from Russia. It has its own borders and government. If they wanted to be Russia they would have asked to be part of Russia. The US has much in common with the Canada, including language and ethnicities. But Canada is it's own country. We don't invade because we don't like what's happening there. Why does Russia? Also, just for your edification, Texans fought for independence from Mexico and formed the Republic of Texas. Then, they petitioned to join the United States 10 years later. Leave Ukraine to the Ukrainians.

@ИванБездомный-ч5ж Oh, I am certain there is much I don't know about Ukraine and the relationship with Russia. I am not saying I do. But what I do know is that Ukraine is a sovereign nation. If they wanted to join Russia or align themselves with Russia they would have done so. Their president was elected by the will of 70% of the people. That's a clear mandate of the people. I understand that Putin may not like Zelenskyy's actions, but there are done by a democratically elected president of a separate country.
