@bonsa1guy Yes, I did. And it said exactly what you quoted. What was the famous line? Oh yeah, "BUT I NEED YOU TO DO ME A FAVOR THOUGH" You're exactly right, Trump tried to extort another world leader (in fact another world leader who has grapefruit sized balls) before giving up congressionally mandated arms and money. It's not as though the money or arms were even his idea to begin with.

@71Stasia An analogous way for Americans to think of the Donbass conflict is to think about our own civil war. We too had a group which wanted to secede from the country and fought a long and bloody war over it. What we didn't have was an enormous country feeding arms and supplies to the secessionists nor did that large country invade when things weren't going the way of the separatists. If the Donbass region citizens wish to be Russian citizens perhaps they should have just crossed the border and live in Russia. That's actually what happened with some of our separatists, they moved to South America...
