I am fairly certain she is not ready for prime time and all fantasies aside, she would indeed succeed Biden. And she would then choose a new VP who would be confirmed with the consent of the Senate. This is how things work in the real world, Angela.

  2. They aren't "handed over", they are sold by the oil company which has purchased the reserve oil. We had a law which prohibited sales of US oil to foreign nations but it changed. Perhaps we do in fact need that law.
