  2.  @tedbell4416  There was a guy in europe only about 80 years ago who had ideas about fringe groups. One of the reasons I can defend fringe or minority groups is that once upon a time, Christians were less than 1% of world population and were considered a fringe group. What would have happened if they were squashed by the majority? Who decides these things?

  7.  @stevenallen3422  That is a true statement. A person's rights end where another's begins. Believe me, I have very strong convictions about trans athletes in women's competitions. It's wrong. But I do think they can have their own divisions. This is mainly just culture war bs which diverts our attentions from real problems. Both sides are using it to deflect from their real jobs: governance. It's a tempest in a teapot.

  8.  @sallybags9090  I am not asking that you support anyone. Only that they be allowed to exist. Hell, there's plenty in this country that I don't agree with. And that's fine. The ability to coexist in one country is what separates us from dictatorships and authoritarian ideologies.
