  1. Because it doesn't seem to matter to them....yet. Not many who are cheering this decision understand the further implications. No inferred or inherent right to privacy in the Constitution is huge. Allowing elected state officials the right to decide personal healthcare decisions is huge. The loss of bodily choice will not be fully understood by some until it is personalized.

  2.  @billwhite7316  Judicial activism? Like a minority group whose stated position is to appoint judges with the publicly stated goal of overturning settled law? And to have their nominees lie to Congress about ruling on that law? That kind of judicial activism?
