  3.  @ange6580  It is strange to hear these things from Americans. I grew up a cold war kid, being trained to dive under my school desk by an alarm. We "hated" not only the USSR, but also otherized the Russian peoples. It took many years to change my perception even with glasnost. And then I began to have hope that we could dump the nukes and live in peace and prosperity with each other. And then Putin... This Tucker supplication is inexplicable. I always knew him as a dilettante of journalism, but I guess the call of fame makes some do funny things. The problem is that so many believe his broadcasts and they know no reality of Russia today. Propaganda is extremely strong and effective. Hopefully Murdoch will make changes now that he gets financially slammed for the trash that comes from this network. But, this is likely just a pipedream.
