  6. I agree with you. This "red-blue" divisiveness has only made things worse. It has stalled congress to the point of inaction and the idea that "victories" are achieved by one party or the other winning and the other minimized has been proven false. It does though, keep the current slate of legislators happily feeding at the trough of public money. There is no governance happening in government currently. And there will never be a unified group serving the people. The best we can do is to find folks who may have ideological differences and yet can work together to find common ground.
