@jalenwalker8790 Meh, she serves her purpose by pushing centrist dems harder left. 😉 The eternal tug of war: liberals push hard forward with dreams, while conservatives (are supposed to) bring reality to the dreaming. The biggest problem is the fear conservatives have about their ever shrinking voter base and are in reactionary mode instead of playing their usual role. Grasping at a populist was the worst thing they have done, recently.

@jalenwalker8790 And the most ridiculous thing is that once Trump is out of the picture, the Republicans will grasp at yet another wannabe populist in desantis. Desantis isn't bright enough to realize that he'll only be able to capture a fraction of the maga crowd and yet by pandering to them, he will alienate those who are tired of populist crap.
