  4. I've explained this before. The reason Biden is not being impeached is that he is breaking no law. Are there laws he could enforce? Maybe. The point is that it is the job of Congress to pass laws he must enforce. Trying to run a country by EO is useless when the next guy can easily change things. That border bill has language that any president must follow. Why not pass it? If it isn't strong enough it could have been reinforced later. Something is better than nothing. It truly is.
