  4. It was 6 Republicans and one Independent who were plaintiffs in the suit. No one Democrat. Why? Because this case is about the Republican primary, not the general election. Btw, the CO supreme court ruled 4-3. 4 Republicans for removal versus three Democrats against removal. But but but Biden.
