  2. The term limits are described in the Constitution but are limited. The quantity of terms is not described nor is the issue of incumbancy dominance. This doesn't mean we cannot do both; better described Congressional term limits AND new rules for SCOTUS judges. Right now SCOTUS only answers to itself...a branch with no term limits and little (if any) oversight by Congress.

  4.  @Janice-w9b  I believe you refer to a Constitutional convention. This requires agreement by 2/3 of both houses of Congress to agree to one. Do you believe that these guys will agree to that so that WE could discuss THEIR term limits? Not likely.
